I’m Matthew, the photographer and creative director behind MVP Media Photography. I’ve worked in photography since 2015, creating fashion, glamour, portrait, editorial, event, and artistic photography. My work focuses on visually striking concepts, expressive posing, body art, artistic nudes, fashion-inspired imagery, and finished photographs with a clear studio point of view.
For body paint projects, I approach the human body as a living canvas. I direct the look, posing, lighting, and final image style, and I select models who can bring presence to the frame while following the agreed production direction.

Not every body paint model serves the same purpose, and each session is built around a planned studio goal.
MVP Media works with models in two different capacities: recurring models who serve as regular canvases while I develop and practice body-paint techniques, and professional models selected for completed creative productions.
The model role is to bring reliability, patience, presence, and the ability to work within the direction provided. Applicants can be considered for one or both tracks, but final placement is based on fit for the concept and production needs.

This is a recurring modeling opportunity for someone interested in working with me regularly while I practice, refine, and develop body-paint techniques.
These sessions allow me to experiment with new designs, colors, brush techniques, placement, photography ideas, and creative concepts using a consistent live canvas.
This position places greater importance on reliability, availability, patience, communication, and comfort serving as a body-paint canvas than previous professional modeling experience.

Some concepts are built for figure work, artistic glamour, or classic studio presentation. That may require the model to pose unclothed while cosmetic body paint is applied directly to the skin.
The concept, required coverage, areas being painted, posing expectations, photography, compensation, and non-negotiable limits are discussed before accepting a session.
Direction: MVP Media sets the visual goal, posing style, and final image direction before the shoot.
Limits: Body paint coverage, figure modeling comfort, and non-negotiable boundaries are discussed before booking.
Expectations: Models should arrive ready to follow the agreed concept, timing, stillness, and camera direction.
Nothing is left to chance on shoot day. MVP Media sets the direction, and every look, pose, and expectation is locked in before the session begins. If a required element falls outside those pre-agreed limits, the project simply isn’t the right fit.
What Happens During a Body Paint Session?
01 — Pre-Shoot Discussion
Review the concept, compensation, expected session length, required look, wardrobe or figure-modeling requirements, body paint coverage, photography plans, limits, and image usage.
02 — Preparation
Prepare the studio, paints, brushes, lighting, and model for the body painting process.
03 — Body Paint Application
The model serves as the live canvas while professional cosmetic-grade body paint is applied. Painting may require standing, sitting, changing positions, and remaining relatively still for periods of time. Breaks are provided as needed.
04 — Final Artwork
The completed design is reviewed and final details or touch-ups are added.
05 — Photography
The completed artwork may be photographed using glamour, editorial, fine-art, portrait, or classic figure posing.
06 — Cleanup
The session concludes and the model can remove the body paint.

Will I be photographed?
Most body paint projects are created for photography. The photography is directed around MVP Media's glamour, fine-art, and editorial point of view, and intended image usage is discussed before booking.
Do I need to send nude photographs to apply?
No. Applicants are not required to submit nude photographs as part of the initial application process. A normal modeling portfolio, social media portfolio, headshot, or recent clothed photographs can be used for initial review.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Valid identification will be verified before booking.
